Arthur "Art" Trujillo Jr. age 40 and a lifelong resident of Porterville passed away November 15, 2012 in Porterville. Art was born January 11, 1972 in Lindsay to Art Sr. and Grace Trujillo and attended Rockford Elementary School before graduating from Monache High School in 1990. He married Anna Martinez July 1, 2000 in Porterville and has been employed as a welder and fabricator for many years. Prior to him working as a welder and fabricator, Art worked closely and compassionately with the developmentally disabled for approximately 13 yrs. in the Porterville area. Art loved restoring older cars and constantly had some type of project to work on. He was always tinkering with his purple 64 Chevy Impala, 64 Buick Riviera or 72 Chevy Pickup and took pride in personally doing all the upholstery, engine and stereo work himself. He was a die-hard Raiders fan, loved going to car shows, could fix anything and was always willing to help anyone. He was a loving husband and doting father who always said "anything for my girls". His surviving family includes his wife Anna.4 daughters Kassandra Trujillo, Erika Galvan, Sylvia Sandoval and husband Kevin and Rosalie Lincoln and husband Patrick. Parents Art and Grace Trujillo. Brother Luther Trujillo. 2 sisters: Mary Trujillo and husband Rupert Sanchez and Beatrice Nunez and husband Adrian along with numerous nieces and nephews. Arthur Trujillo's wife would like to thank all who helped to make his burial possible. Visitation will be 1:00pm to 8:00pm Tuesday November 21, at Whitehurst-Peters-Loyd Chapel with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated 11:00am Wednesday November 22, at St. Anne's Catholic Church followed by interment at Woodville Cemetery.
